Order Cancellation Policy

At The Blessing Shop, each photo frame is customized specifically for you. As a result, the production process begins immediately after the order is placed.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, we are unable to cancel the order.

However, if you'd like to cancel:

    We may be able to accommodate your request within 1 hour of placing the order, before production starts.

    Please contact us immediately via call or WhatsApp with your order number. We'll check the status and inform you if cancellation is still possible.
